This Privacy Policy explains how Evrithin (the “Platform”) collects, uses, and shares information about you and your business when you use the Evrithin Sellers app. We handle your data responsibly and only for the purposes described here.
We collect information you provide when you register and operate your store, including your name, email address, phone number, business and store details, product catalog, inventory, and order records. We also collect technical data automatically, such as device information, IP address, and usage activity, to operate and improve the app.
With your permission, the app uses your device’s camera to capture product images, scan barcodes, and run AI-assisted product intake and shelf audits; the microphone for support calls with the Evrithin team; and your photo library to attach images to support conversations. These are used only for the features you invoke and are not accessed in the background.
We use your information to set up and operate your store, process and route orders, send order and account notifications, provide customer and technical support, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Payments for your sales are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card or bank credentials.
We share information with payment processors, delivery partners, and service providers who help us run the Platform, and with shoppers only to the extent necessary to fulfill and support orders. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law.
You may access, update, or request deletion of your personal information from your account settings or by contacting us. You can also opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any incident.
