By accessing or using Evrithin (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to shoppers, sellers, and any other visitor who interacts with our services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current information and promptly update it when it changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Each seller on the marketplace operates independently and is responsible for fulfilling its own orders. Prices, availability, shipping times, and return policies are set by the seller. Payments are processed by our third-party payment providers, and by placing an order you authorize the applicable charges.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse-engineer any part of it, list prohibited or unlawful items, or infringe the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and restrict access where these rules are broken.
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evrithin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
