Returns

1. Set by each seller

Whether you can return an item, how many days you have, and who pays for return shipping is decided by the seller. The seller’s return policy is shown on each product page. If a product page does not show a return policy, ask the seller before you buy by messaging them from the product or store page.

2. No platform-wide free returns

Evrithin does not offer free returns across the marketplace. Free returns are only available where a seller says so on their product.

3. How to start a return

• Open the order in your orders and message the seller with what you want to return and why.
• The seller tells you how to send or bring the item back.
• Once the seller approves the refund, it goes back to your original payment method, or to store credit if you chose that.

4. Damaged, wrong or missing items

Take photos and message the seller from the order page. If it is not resolved, email support@evrithin.com within 7 days of delivery. See How buying works for how we handle disputes.

5. Your legal rights

A seller’s return policy does not take away rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
