1. You buy from the seller
When you place an order, you are buying from the seller shown on the product and at checkout, not from Evrithin. Each seller sets their own prices, stock, delivery options, delivery times and return policy, and is responsible for sending or handing over the order. A basket with items from several sellers becomes one order per seller.
2. Payment and escrow
- Card and online payments are processed by Evrithin through our payment providers (such as Stripe and Paystack, depending on your region). Your card details go to the payment provider, not to the seller.
- Where escrow applies to an order, Evrithin holds the payment and releases it to the seller once the order is confirmed as delivered or collected. The order page shows the status.
- If you choose pay on delivery or pay at pickup, you pay the seller directly when you receive the order, so there is no escrow for that payment.
- Prices are charged in the seller’s currency. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees.
3. If something goes wrong
- Start with the seller: open the order in your orders and message them. Most problems are solved fastest this way.
- If you cannot agree, email support@evrithin.com within 7 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if the order never arrived). Include your order number, what happened and photos where relevant.
- We will look at the order with you and the seller and tell you the outcome. Where the payment is still held in escrow, we take the dispute into account before it is released.
4. Refunds
Refunds follow the seller’s return policy, shown on each product (see Returns). When a seller approves a refund, it goes back to your original payment method, or to store credit if you chose that. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
5. What Evrithin does not promise
Evrithin does not offer a separate guarantee beyond what is described on these pages. We do not inspect products before they are sent, and seller badges describe the checks a seller has passed, not the quality of every item (see Seller identity checks). If a listing looks wrong, please report it.
