1. The Verified seller badge
“Verified seller” means the seller has confirmed their phone number and email address with us and their business details have been reviewed. It does not mean Evrithin has visited the store; that is the separate Store visit badge below.
2. What each badge means
- Phone verified
- The store owner confirmed their phone number with a one-time code. It stops applying if they change to a number that has not been confirmed.
- Email verified
- The store owner confirmed their email address.
- ID verified
- An identity document for the store owner was checked and approved.
- Business verified
- The seller's business details, such as a registration document, were reviewed and approved.
- Bank verified
- The name on the seller's payout bank account was checked against their details.
- Store visit
- The seller's physical store was confirmed by a visit or location check. This is separate from the other checks and only applies to sellers with a physical store.
- Trusted seller
- Business verified, selling on Evrithin for at least 3 months, and at least 50 completed orders.
3. What a badge does not promise
- Badges describe the seller, not each product. Listings are not reviewed one by one before they appear.
- A badge is not a guarantee of product quality, delivery times or a particular outcome on an order.
- Badges are recalculated and can be removed when a check stops applying.
